「www」(以下「本アプリ」といいます)は、本アプリの開発者(以下「当方」といいます)が提供する、写真と音で「面白い瞬間」を共有するソーシャルネットワーキングサービスです。当方は、利用者の皆様のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

1. 取得する情報

本アプリは、Apple社のiCloud(CloudKit)を基盤として動作します。当方が取得・保存する情報は以下のとおりです。

  • アカウント識別子: AppleアカウントのiCloudに紐づく識別子(ユーザーレコード名)。これは本アプリの利用者を一意に識別するために使用され、お客様の氏名やメールアドレスそのものではありません。
  • ニックネーム: お客様が本アプリ内で設定した表示名。
  • プロフィール画像: お客様が任意で設定したアイコン画像。
  • 投稿コンテンツ: お客様が投稿した写真、キャプション、面白さの評価。
  • ソーシャル情報: フォロー・フォロワーの関係、評価、コメント、ダイレクトメッセージの内容。
  • 通報・ブロック情報: お客様が行った通報やブロックの記録。

本アプリは、お客様の氏名、住所、電話番号、クレジットカード情報を取得しません。

2. 情報の利用目的

取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

  • 本アプリの機能(投稿、フォロー、メッセージ、検索など)を提供するため
  • 利用者を識別し、コンテンツを適切に表示するため
  • 不適切なコンテンツや利用者への対応、通報への対処のため
  • 本アプリの品質向上および不具合の解消のため

3. 情報の保存場所

本アプリのデータは、Apple社が提供するCloudKitの公開データベースおよびお客様のiCloudに保存されます。データの管理はApple社のインフラストラクチャ上で行われ、Apple社のプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。

4. 情報の第三者提供

当方は、以下の場合を除き、お客様の情報を第三者に提供しません。

  • お客様の同意がある場合
  • 法令に基づく場合
  • 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要であり、お客様の同意を得ることが困難な場合

なお、本アプリは公開型のソーシャルサービスであるため、お客様が投稿したコンテンツ、ニックネーム、プロフィール画像は、他の利用者が閲覧できる状態となります。この点をご理解のうえご利用ください。

5. 広告・トラッキングについて

本アプリは、第三者の広告SDKを使用しておらず、広告目的でのトラッキングを行いません。

6. データの削除

お客様は、本アプリ内でご自身の投稿を削除できます。アカウントおよび全データの削除をご希望の場合は、後述のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。また、Appleの設定からiCloudの当該アプリのデータを削除することも可能です。

7. 児童のプライバシー

本アプリは、利用規約において対象年齢を定めています。当方は、保護者の同意なく対象年齢未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリ内またはウェブサイト上で通知します。

"www" (the "App") is a social networking service for sharing funny moments through photos and sound, provided by the App's developer ("we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the App.

1. Information We Collect

The App runs on Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). We collect and store the following:

  • Account identifier: An identifier tied to your Apple iCloud account (user record name), used to uniquely identify you within the App. This is not your name or email address itself.
  • Nickname: The display name you set within the App.
  • Profile image: An optional avatar image you set.
  • Posted content: Photos, captions, and funniness ratings you post.
  • Social information: Follow/follower relationships, ratings, comments, and direct messages.
  • Report and block information: Records of reports and blocks you make.

The App does not collect your name, address, phone number, or credit card information.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide App features (posting, following, messaging, search, etc.)
  • Identify users and display content appropriately
  • Respond to inappropriate content or users and handle reports
  • Improve App quality and fix issues

3. Where Information Is Stored

App data is stored in Apple's CloudKit public database and your iCloud. Data is managed on Apple's infrastructure, and Apple's privacy policy also applies.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share your information with third parties except:

  • With your consent
  • When required by law
  • When necessary to protect someone's life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult

Note that because the App is a public social service, content you post, your nickname, and your profile image are visible to other users. Please use the App with this understanding.

5. Advertising and Tracking

The App does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you for advertising purposes.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your own posts within the App. To delete your account and all data, please contact us at the address below. You may also delete the App's iCloud data from your Apple settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The App sets an eligible age in its Terms of Use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the eligible age without parental consent.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. For significant changes, we will notify you within the App or on our website.
