本利用規約(以下「本規約」といいます)は、「www」(以下「本アプリ」といいます)の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者の皆様(以下「ユーザー」といいます)には、本規約に同意のうえ本アプリをご利用いただきます。

第1条(適用)

本規約は、ユーザーと本アプリの開発者(以下「当方」といいます)との間の、本アプリの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。

第2条(利用資格・年齢)

  1. 本アプリは、13歳以上の方を対象としています。13歳未満の方は本アプリを利用できません。
  2. 未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合は、親権者など法定代理人の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。
  3. 本アプリの利用にはApple ID(iCloud)へのサインインが必要です。

第3条(禁止事項)

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
  3. わいせつ、暴力的、残虐、差別的な表現を含むコンテンツの投稿
  4. 他者を誹謗中傷し、または名誉・信用を毀損する行為
  5. 他者へのいやがらせ、いじめ、ストーキング行為
  6. 児童を性的に描写し、または搾取するコンテンツの投稿
  7. 他者の知的財産権、肖像権、プライバシーその他の権利を侵害する行為
  8. 虚偽の情報を流布する行為
  9. 他者になりすます行為
  10. 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
  11. 不正アクセスやシステムへの攻撃
  12. 営利目的での無断利用、スパム行為
  13. その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

第4条(ユーザーコンテンツ)

  1. ユーザーは、自らが投稿するコンテンツについて、投稿する権利を有していることを保証します。
  2. 投稿されたコンテンツの権利はユーザーに帰属しますが、ユーザーは当方に対し、本アプリの提供・運営に必要な範囲で当該コンテンツを使用(表示・複製・配信)する権利を許諾するものとします。
  3. 本アプリは公開型サービスであり、投稿コンテンツは他のユーザーが閲覧できます。

第5条(コンテンツの監視および対応)

  1. 本アプリは、ユーザーが不適切なコンテンツやユーザーを通報し、また迷惑なユーザーをブロックできる機能を提供します。
  2. 当方は、通報された不適切なコンテンツについて、24時間以内に確認し、本規約に違反すると判断したコンテンツの削除および違反したユーザーの利用停止・排除を含む適切な措置を講じます。
  3. 当方は、本規約に違反するコンテンツを、事前の通知なく削除することができます。
  4. ユーザーは、本アプリ内の通報・ブロック機能を通じて、不適切なコンテンツやユーザーに対応できます。

第6条(利用停止等)

当方は、ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、事前の通知なく、当該ユーザーによる本アプリの利用を停止し、または投稿を削除することができます。

第7条(免責事項)

  1. 当方は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証していません。
  2. 当方は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
  3. 当方は、ユーザー間またはユーザーと第三者との間で生じたトラブルについて責任を負いません。

第8条(サービスの変更・終了)

当方は、ユーザーへの事前の通知をもって、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することができます。

第9条(規約の変更)

当方は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更することができます。変更後の本規約は、本アプリ内またはウェブサイト上に表示した時点で効力を生じます。

第10条(準拠法・管轄)

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using "www" (the "App"). By using the App, users ("you") agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between you and the App's developer ("we," "us," or "our") regarding the use of the App.

Article 2 (Eligibility and Age)

  1. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Persons under 13 may not use the App.
  2. Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the App.
  3. Signing in with an Apple ID (iCloud) is required to use the App.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

You must not engage in any of the following when using the App:

  1. Violating laws or public order and morals
  2. Conduct related to criminal activity
  3. Posting content containing obscene, violent, cruel, or discriminatory expression
  4. Defaming others or damaging their reputation or credibility
  5. Harassment, bullying, or stalking of others
  6. Posting content that sexualizes or exploits children
  7. Infringing the intellectual property, likeness, privacy, or other rights of others
  8. Spreading false information
  9. Impersonating others
  10. Interfering with the operation of the App
  11. Unauthorized access or attacks on the system
  12. Unauthorized commercial use or spamming
  13. Any other conduct we deem inappropriate

Article 4 (User Content)

  1. You warrant that you have the right to post the content you submit.
  2. Rights to posted content remain with you; however, you grant us the right to use (display, reproduce, distribute) such content to the extent necessary to provide and operate the App.
  3. The App is a public service, and posted content is visible to other users.

Article 5 (Content Moderation and Response)

  1. The App provides features allowing users to report inappropriate content or users and to block unwanted users.
  2. We will review reported inappropriate content within 24 hours and take appropriate action, including removing content that violates these Terms and suspending or ejecting violating users.
  3. We may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
  4. You can address inappropriate content or users through the App's report and block features.

Article 6 (Suspension)

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend your use of the App or remove your posts without prior notice.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. We make no express or implied warranty that the App is free from factual or legal defects.
  2. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from the App.
  3. We are not responsible for disputes between users or between users and third parties.

Article 8 (Changes and Termination of Service)

We may change the content of the App or terminate its provision with prior notice to users.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

We may change these Terms when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms take effect when displayed in the App or on our website.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
